Returns/complaints

01 - Can I return ordered goods?
You can generally send the goods back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please inform us in advance that you would like to cancel your order.
To do this, send us an email to: customer@casoomi.com

Returned items must be in their original condition. Boxes or packages must be complete and intact. All products must be new and unworn. Items that are damaged, soiled or have been shown to have been worn will not be refunded. Please use the original packaging for your return.

Please note that as a young company, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will immediately issue a refund to you. For this we use the same payment method that you used when ordering.

02 - Can I exchange the goods?
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges. However, you are welcome to return your goods and place a new order. For returns, please note the point above.

03 - Can I cancel or change my order?
As long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and would like to change or cancel your order, please send us an email to:
customer@casoomi.com

We will make every effort to address your request before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee this.

04 - When will my return be refunded?
After we receive your return, we will check it and refund you the purchase price to the payment method you originally chose. The refund can take up to 14 days.

05 - Is my return free of charge?
Unfortunately, as a young company, we cannot offer free returns.
