How can I order?

Step 1: Add items to your shopping cart Place your desired products in your personal shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the online shop. If you click on “Show shopping cart”, you will be taken to an overview of the items in your shopping cart. By clicking on the “Checkout” button you will go to the next ordering step.

Step 2: Login If you have already created a customer account under MY casoomi , please log in with your email address and password. Otherwise, please register once and create a customer account for your future purchases. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations. It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. By clicking the “Register” or “Continue” button you will go to the next ordering step.

Step 3: Billing and delivery address Give us your desired billing and delivery address at this point. If the delivery address is different, Klarna installment purchase or purchase on account is not possible. By clicking the “Continue to payment method” button you will go to the next ordering step.

Step 4: Payment method Select the desired payment method. You can also redeem promotional codes and vouchers here. By clicking the “Continue to order overview” button you will go to the next ordering step.

Step 5: Order overview & purchase At this point, check all the details of your order one last time. By clicking on the "Order now with payment" button, you send your order. Depending on which payment method you have chosen, you will then be redirected to our payment service provider or, if you choose "Payment in advance", you will transfer the total amount to the specified account. No, there is no minimum order value.

How can I order a casoomi voucher?

Here you can order a casoomi voucher between €10 and €500. Simply select your desired motif, enter voucher details and click the buy button. Your casoomi voucher is now in your shopping cart. There is no VAT when purchasing an online voucher. The purchased voucher will only be sent by email. If you lose your casoomi voucher, it will not be refunded. The casoomi voucher is valid for 5 years. When purchasing a casoomi voucher, you only have the credit card payment option available.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellation under MY casoomi is only possible as long as the item is not yet in transit. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the cancellation option.

Can I change the delivery address of my order later?

No, every order that you have placed will be processed immediately and can no longer be changed. Please contact us using our customer service contact form.

Can I combine orders later?

No, every order you place once will be processed immediately. Unfortunately, a merger is not possible.

Are sold-out items coming back?

Most of the time yes. If you are looking for a specific item, please contact our customer service. Ideally, you have an item number at hand.
